Research

My research interest and expertise is bioinformatics. I have a knack of exploring and solving biological problems using a wide array of insilico methods. Specifically I am involved in the characterisation and understanding of the nature of microorganisms from a bioinformatic perspective. Additionally, I explore human diseases using computational tools. To this end, I have relevant skills in handling genomic, proteomic, NGS, transcriptomic, epigenomic, immunoinformatic and clinical datasets.
